Distinguishing Characteristics African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Evans-Bell has surgical scars on both feet. She has a tattoo of a rose on the left side of her chest, and her ears are pierced.
Details of Disappearance Evans-Bell was last seen in Fulton, Mississippi. Her husband stated she left her home on East Hill Street at 9:00 a.m. on February 8, 2016 to go to a doctor's appointment. It's unclear where her appointment was, but she used several medical facilities, including the Tupelo VA Clinic, the Plantersville Family Clinic, and the Memphis VA Medical Center. She didn't drive and would usually use public transportation or get rides from family and friends.
Evans-Bell never arrived at any of her usual clinics and has never been heard from again. Although her husband reported her missing in February, a day after he said he last saw her, other witnesses reported they hadn't seen her since early January. It's uncharacteristic of her to miss church services; she attended every Sunday. Her case remains unsolved.
